Terms & Conditions – eh999 Platform Rules

1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and eh999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://eh999.app and all associated services, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and payment services (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the eh999 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the eh999 platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside the eh999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and eh999. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The eh999 platform is strictly intended for adults. You must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements in order to register an account and access the real-money Services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. eh999 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated bots may not register player accounts.
• You must be the sole authorised user of the account you create. You may not allow any other person, including family members, to use your eh999 account.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or subject to a voluntary or mandatory exclusion arrangement that would prohibit you from engaging in online gaming.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not already hold an active eh999 account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the real-money betting and gaming services on eh999, you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Upon registration, you will select a username and password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. eh999 strongly recommends that you:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

eh999 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any request of this nature should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

Each player may hold only one account on the eh999 platform. If duplicate accounts are identified, eh999 reserves the right to close all but the first registered account, void any winnings generated from duplicate accounts, and withhold any bonuses received across duplicate accounts. Players who intentionally create multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions will be permanently banned from the platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the eh999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports a range of locally relevant payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on eh999 is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your BDT wallet within 30 seconds. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times. eh999 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically completed within minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit into your eh999 account, or to a verified account in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• eh999 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing large withdrawal requests as part of its AML compliance obligations.
• Players must wager their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal can be processed, to prevent deposit-and-withdraw cycling through the payment system. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as detailed in Section 5.
• eh999 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processor outages, bank processing times, or telecommunications network issues affecting mobile financial services.
• In the event of a payment dispute, the decision of the eh999 finance team is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

eh999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within each individual promotion.

• Each bonus offer is available to one eligible player account per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳20,000 in eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. If the wagering requirement is not met within the expiry period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The eh999 sportsbook and casino operate under a comprehensive set of game-specific and market-specific rules. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activities on the platform.

Sportsbook Rules: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official results issued by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets, the results published by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), or the relevant franchise tournament organiser shall be authoritative. In the case of match abandonment, interruption, or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event, which are accessible within the sportsbook interface.

• Bets placed after a market has been suspended or closed will be voided, regardless of the outcome of the event.
• eh999 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time for operational, integrity, or technical reasons without prior notice.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to availability. Odds in live markets are dynamic and may change between the time a bet is submitted and the time it is confirmed. If the odds change materially before confirmation, you will be notified and offered the choice to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Manifest errors in odds — including pricing errors arising from technical faults or data feed malfunctions — do not constitute valid bets. eh999 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds and to cancel any winnings derived from such errors.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market category. Individual market limits are displayed within the sportsbook. Total payout caps per player per day may also apply.

Casino & Slot Rules: All casino games and slot titles available on eh999 are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game operates under the rules of the respective provider and the relevant game-specific help documentation. 7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on eh999 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action where applicable.

• Fraudulent activity: Submitting false identity documents, using stolen payment credentials, engaging in chargeback fraud, or any other act designed to defraud eh999 or other players.
• Money laundering: Using the eh999 platform as a mechanism to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. eh999 is required to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with its AML obligations.
• Collusion and match fixing: Coordinating with other players or with participants in sporting events to manipulate outcomes for financial gain. Any account associated with match fixing or integrity violations will be permanently closed and all funds frozen pending investigation.
• Automated betting: Using software bots, scripting tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the casino platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform itself.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or using any other method to claim bonuses or promotions for which you are not legitimately eligible.
• Harassment: Using the live chat, support channels, or any other communication feature of the eh999 platform to harass, threaten, or abuse staff members or other players.
• Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the eh999 platform — including odds data, game content, or branding materials — without explicit written permission.

eh999 employs a range of automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is identified, eh999 reserves the right to void all bets and game results associated with the prohibited activity, forfeit all balances in the relevant account, permanently close the account with no right of appeal, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the player or eh999 — may initiate account closure. The conditions and consequences differ depending on which party initiates the process and the reason for closure.

Player-initiated closure: You may request to close your eh999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, provided KYC verification is complete and there are no pending investigations. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — is processed immediately with no grace period.

eh999-initiated closure: eh999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Identification of the account holder as an individual under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from a player or from a recognised responsible gaming authority.
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed by eh999 as a result of a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be held pending investigation and will be released or forfeited depending on the outcome of that investigation. Bonus balances will be forfeited in all cases of eh999-initiated closure for breach.
